Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Costumer account and the data associated with it at any time.
Delete from inside the app
Sign in to Costumer, open Settings, and choose "Delete account". You'll be asked to confirm before anything is removed. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Request deletion by email
If you can't sign in, email us at hello@getcostumer.com from the address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll verify it's you and complete the deletion.
What gets deleted
Your profile, projects, quotes, messages, uploads, and settings are permanently removed. Payment and tax records held by our payment processor are retained only as long as the law requires, and are no longer linked to your identity.
